This page summarises the withdrawal, return and refund terms of the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement shown to you at checkout on www.sharkguitars.com. If there is any difference, the documents you approved with your order prevail.
Sales are subject to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer, the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable legislation.
Every guitar we sell is built to order according to the options you choose. Under Article 15(1)(ç) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, goods prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs are exempt from the right of withdrawal, so there is no right of withdrawal for guitars.
Your rights for defective goods and your warranty are not affected. See Defective products and warranty below.
For products other than guitars (accessories, strings, spare parts and similar), you may withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery, without giving any reason and without paying a penalty. You may also withdraw between placing the order and delivery.
To withdraw, send a clear statement to info@sharkguitars.com within the 14-day period, stating your order number.
Send the product back, complete and with its invoice, within 10 (ten) days of your withdrawal notice. Returns sent with the contracted cargo company we indicate are free of charge.
You are responsible for changes and deterioration caused by not using the product in accordance with its operation, technical specifications and instructions for use during the withdrawal period.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods which are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons once their protective packaging has been opened after delivery, or in the other cases listed in Article 15 of the Regulation.
We refund all amounts collected, including delivery charges if any, within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
Card payments are refunded to the same card. For instalment purchases, the bank refunds in the same instalments; when the refund appears on your statement depends on your bank.
Bank transfer (wire/EFT) payments are refunded to a bank account in the name of the buyer or the invoice holder, which you provide to us.
If a product, including a guitar, is defective, you may choose to withdraw from the contract, get a price reduction, have it repaired free of charge or have it replaced with a defect-free equivalent, as set out in Article 11 of Law No. 6502. Contact info@sharkguitars.com; we pay the shipping costs for defective products.
Every guitar comes with a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, extended to 3 years when the product is registered within 30 days of purchase.

Commercial electronic messages are sent only with your consent, under Law No. 6563. You can opt out at any time free of charge.
