The personal information that we keep in our systems are solely used by www.sharkguitars.com for the planning of marketing campaigns, customised promotions and during classification activities. The information collected from the registration forms are not shared with third parties neither are they sold or used for other purposes other than the ones mentioned here.

Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Account, Personal Info, Delete Account. You will be asked for your password to confirm.
Deletion is immediate. We remove your name, e-mail address, password, date of birth, saved designs that are not part of an order or a store product, addresses that were not used on an order, favorites, cart, comments and newsletter subscription. Your CRM contact record is deleted as well.
Records that we are legally required to keep are retained: orders, and the billing and shipping addresses attached to them, including the identity number used for invoicing, for the retention period set by Turkish tax and commercial law. These records are no longer linked to a usable account.
Only member accounts can be deleted. Dealer, employee, store and administrator accounts are closed by agreement; write to info@sharkguitars.com. Accounts with an order that is paid or shipped can be deleted once the order is completed.
